Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Nov 01, 2013 12:43 pm Hi, I am considering building a house using a kit from stonehomes.com.au. Anyone had any experience with them? Also, I understand it is a bit difficult to get finance for home kits and resale value is not as good as for traditional homes, but home kits have gone a long way now and got much better. Would appreciate any feedback.
