FF - lots of grass and a couple of trees! We're moving from the country so 800sq m isn't that big for us lol. We consider it about average, wouldn't have brought anything less. If we could have afforded it we would have got a half acre. - MrsT Brought first house in 2008. Renovated...a LOT. Built in 2013. Our thread: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=67954 Re: MrsT12s AM530 9Nov 26, 2013 5:40 pm Quick update thats not much of an update: MV were hoping to start by the end of this month but the bank has been slooooooow. Dont know what their problem is but hopefully they'll be done stuffing around in a couple of days and we can get down to business! We got $870 back from MV because our provisional amount for extra energy requirements was overquoted (yay!) so very happy they were honest about it. Still wrapped with our service from them, especially our admin guy, so far. Small hiccup where the local council sent us a letter to say they confirm purchase of our block and the rates notice will follow...but they have the wrong address! After a bit of digging (from my end, they swore it was right but the address they have already has a house on it!) it seems there's already been a lot with the same number in the previous release which has confused everything. Just sent them a big long winded email complete with pictures to say THIS is our land and THIS is what you think it is, quite clearly they're different so sort your sh!t out! Hope I'm back soon with a bigger more exciting update - MrsT Brought first house in 2008. Renovated...a LOT. Built in 2013. The wife and I are thinking of building an amalfi and have been reading the blogs and think they are great and very helpful. How is it coming along? Re: MrsT12s AM530 20Jan 08, 2014 7:42 am Thanks Kenny! We've loved the whole process so far, MV are so easy to work with. I think the tradies started back this week so our frame should be ready to start. Unfortunately we live about 45 min away from our block so we can't spy on it every day! I'll probably go by on the weekend and see what's happening. - MrsT Brought first house in 2008. Renovated...a LOT. Built in 2013.
