I often wear flats to work and I visit my house everyday on the way home and have become very adept at walking through the sand without acutally getting sand in my shoes, It's all about watching where you take your next step So on to some pictures Our front door handle & trilock Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Paving Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ My Baldivis Build: https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=67953 Re: Lethe's House - Baldivis, Homebuyers Centre - PCI & Brea 107Apr 22, 2014 11:43 am Well we had PCI at 8am today was so excited only to discover that there had been a break in over the long weekend. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Our oven and stove top was stolen and our front door & lock damaged. All done very neatly and we are lucky that our stone bench top wasn't damaged in any way as that would have meant a delay in handover by about 3 weeks. Still we completed our PCI but couldn't test the electrics because they had removed the circuit breakers (or something like that) in order to get our oven out and the SS didn't want to touch it until the police had been. So apart from all that everything is looking pretty good some minor painting touch ups needed and a few storm water grates to be made level and new outside taps to be installed and we are pretty much good to go We have a final inspection in 2 weeks on the 7th May to make sure we are happy with everything and then as long as the final payment has been made we should be able to pick up the keys that afternoon My Baldivis Build: https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=67953 Re: Lethe's House - Baldivis, Homebuyers Centre - PCI & Brea 108Apr 22, 2014 11:59 am Oh no!
