We nearly bought at Sea Trees a few years ago, but working in City/Subi, it's just too far. It's a lovely part of the world, where you are!!!! They told us footings today and slab tomorrow, but all we've got is a port-loo! So the race is on..... Looking forward to following your build. Slab looked like it could go down today, but I'm not sure. I left for work before dawn this morning and it was pouring. (I always drive past the block to see if there is anyone there...... should change my username to "Stalker".) Will drive past on my way home, and take pictures if there is anything to share! I went there the other day to take pics but could hear the neighbours talking in their garden (where we have the wall issue) so I hot-footed it back to the car in case they saw me!
