They were very slow with the tender - took them about 6 weeks and the quote came in very different from the estimate before they paid the tender fee. Things have been left out of the tender and now they are being charged for things that they believed were included. They went and did their internal selections and were told they could choose from 6 styles of doors that were all standard, they chose one and now being told it is an upgrade and they will have to pay for it. From what I have been told, their brick layers are poor (my MIL is going to have fun as my FIL is a bricklayer and he will be picky picky picky) and they are very very slow. We did notice the tender was vague. I question everything because I think the quote was way too high & you don't know what's included & what's not. I have received 3 Private messages from this forum strongly advising us not to go ahead with them. I'm glad we listened!
