You build looks good. We are considering building with 101. I was wondering how you have found them? Quality of build?
I saw on one of the threads but I can't find it now somone mentioned passing on the coatings for upgrades/changes was this you by any chance as I'd love to see what they charge.
We like the display in aspiri estate so far but with a skillion roof. That design suits our block well as it fans out at the back so we will have a side yard with a pool hopefully.
Anyway any advice I'd be grateful for.
Looking forward to seeing the rest of it come together

Sorry, not sure what coatings you speak of? Don't think it was me!
We've seen the Aspiri display, it is a great house!
My thoughts on 101 are pretty much all captured in this thread. Quality of work has been pretty good, not the best i've seen, but certainly not the worst. So far, we're happy with the work that has been done - it's more so the time it's taking that is our concern.
Would I go with them again? At this stage, probably not. Our first build was with Don Russel, and it was just so smooth and we had no major issues. Whilst we've had no major issues with 101, it hasn't really been smooth sailing, with numerous delays (waited about a month longer than expected for the pod, the past month the house has just sat there doing nothing etc.) Now obviously 101R and Don Russell aren't in the same price point, and you expect to see some differences, and we went in expecting that.
Would I recommend them? Sure, if you are not in any rush (their pre-construction drafting stage/in office stage took forever as well). We finalised plans in August 2013, got titles in Oct and slab went down in April 2014- 6 months later. We weren't in any major rush when we signed up and were happy to wait it out, but we still don't have a date/idea of when we'll get handover.
How far along in the early stages are you at?
We also got a letter earlier this week advising our site supervisor has left 101R, and a new one will come on board in the new year. Noticed that the doors upstairs have finally been fitted as well as the pantry/WIL/robes have been fitted out with shelving. Still no tiles
