Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Oct 17, 2013 4:40 pm Hello - I know it can be very difficult to tell but trying to work out budget before taking the plunge - if I have a 450m2 block in Wellard, what, roughly, would the siteworks be? I know they can be any amounts but wondering if anyone else had a similar size in a similar area and could tell me roughly what their site works cost? I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed by the cost of everything. What other "hidden" costs are there? thanks! We haven't started building yet but with our current builder our site costs have been estimated as $12,000 for a 576sm2 block in Wellard (the village). I've been thinking it would be about $50,000.00 so I'm hopeful it's as low as that! I'm looking at The Village too! xx Daisy's Providence Wellard build with Domain Homes - viewtopic.php?f=31&t=72176 Re: Average Site Costs - small block in Wellard (450m2) 6Oct 18, 2013 6:00 pm Do you know what class type your block is? s class in baldivis is about $20,000 ( that is the blocks in the swamp area of river gums) My block that is in a normal class and is 690 m2 is $6799 I am not sure whether Perth has its own way of doing things in regards to this. Most of Perth has class A (sandy soil), except for some areas near rivers or hills. 2 13053 Is anyone building with Mojo and have a recent site cost tender 0 15930 Henley should give you some indication of site costs.
