Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Coral homes indulgence package inclusions 41Jan 03, 2014 1:41 pm Nothing... But I'd take a guess that the double would be more expensive as there is more in it... Re: Coral homes indulgence package inclusions 42Jan 03, 2014 1:43 pm Seems like for both single and double storey when you go from Indulgence to Inspiration the price goes up by about $30k... Seems strange to me too because the staircase is worth quite a bit as an upgrade... Re: Coral homes indulgence package inclusions 43Jan 03, 2014 10:16 pm Keep in mind that the ducted air conditioning that coral includes in single story homes is only two zone, living and bedrooms. This means that you will use more powert han having a system with more zones or splits. Personally my husband and i are going splits in our Daydream. For our pro otion we got free floor coverings included. This suited us as it kept the price down by 10-12k amnd werent really worried about carpet quality as we have a 3 month old and the carpets will be wrecked anyway so will be replaced once our kids are out of the spill everything stage hopefully in five years or so lol Re: Coral homes indulgence package inclusions 44Jan 04, 2014 7:20 pm Nicko198800 Keep in mind that the ducted air conditioning that coral includes in single story homes is only two zone, living and bedrooms. Does it work out cheaper this way Does coral allow them access during construction or will it have to be done after? Thanks for all the info guys We are going to go with the indulgence and add extras as we like I also really want timber look tiles and my brother in law is a tiler so he'll be doing those after handover Really the only big added extra is the colourbond roof, does anyone have an idea of the cost of this through coral? Thanks again Re: Coral homes indulgence package inclusions 45Jan 07, 2014 12:59 pm Yes you can get things done during construction, at least that is my understanding. I assume you would have to arrange it with the ss. You can also upgrade your system through coral to a multizone ducted but you would need to look at the cost of this. Re: Coral homes indulgence package inclusions 46Jan 07, 2014 2:29 pm I'm confused, our sales person first said to put fences up, save some money & landscaper can have access to site as long as didn't get in building area way. Then he changed it to no one can due to oh&s & insurance... I'd just like a straight answer Re: Coral homes indulgence package inclusions 47Jan 08, 2014 8:52 am Casuarinaforus I'm confused, our sales person first said to put fences up, save some money & landscaper can have access to site as long as didn't get in building area way. Re: Coral homes indulgence package inclusions 48Jan 08, 2014 9:06 am True, hopefully our ss is more organised than our sales consultant, although I can't complain he has been extremely patient & easy going with my changing of plans Re: Coral homes indulgence package inclusions 49Mar 22, 2014 9:57 pm Hi guys... We are starting off with Coral Daydream 30 with Inspiration package in Fletcher NSW. Just submitted for tender. Would you guys be able to give us some lead about the bricks and tiles choices. Your input and advise is very much appreciated. HerMacquarieBuild Casuarinaforus I have the brick lists & how much each upgrade is. Will see if I can pm it to you. Do you want wet area tile range also? I would also very much appreciate this list if you wouldn't mind Casuarinaforus Re: Coral homes indulgence package inclusions 50Mar 22, 2014 10:06 pm Hi HerMacquarieBuild & Nicko198800 I'm planning on a DayDream 30 with inspiration package. I thought I'd give you some information about the Air Con. I have an estimate which includes it.... " Daikin 16.0kw, split system, reverse cycle, ducted airconditioning with inverter to three (3) zones and ten (10) outlets complete with an isolating switch. Includes a concrete slab adjacent to the main house slab. Price quoted A$ 14,500 " HerMacquarieBuild Nicko198800 Keep in mind that the ducted air conditioning that coral includes in single story homes is only two zone, living and bedrooms. Thanks again Thanks. There are plenty of builders around my suburb. I'll make sure to do some door-to-door knocking, or note their building details on the temp fence. 4 4936 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck.
