But they never seem to stick to the time frames so we'll just have to wait and see. Has yours been started? what have they got left to do for you guys? But they never seem to stick to the time frames so we'll just have to wait and see. Has yours been started? what have they got left to do for you guys? I know what you mean. Our paving was done a week and a half ago. Not sure what is left to do except maybe a few fix ups. Don't know what the delay is now.... Our paving was held up by a few weeks too. Hopefully they get onto your site clean and get your paving done. Fingers crossed they're doing it right now Re: Our HGWA build in Wellard - 17 months and counting 169Mar 06, 2015 1:15 pm I sure hope so because I'm just sitting here watching as other peoples build overtake ours without reason. All I know is on Monday arvo our site was a pig sty so the paver wouldn't have even been able to start the alfresco paving ahahaha. Fibgers crossed you get give and PCI or even a possible QCI date really soon Re: Our HGWA build in Wellard - 17 months and counting 170Mar 06, 2015 1:36 pm charnelleee I sure hope so because I'm just sitting here watching as other peoples build overtake ours without reason. A few weeks ago when we were having our check measure done for the flooring & window treatments, I noticed a few things that needed to be fixed. One of these was the nib wall in the bathroom is crooked (this was before shower screens, mirror etc were done). It's really noticeable cos our dark floor tiles are all cut on angle. I called my CLO and let her know. Cut a long story short, I got an email from our CLO on Friday to let us know that the nib wall will need to be ripped out and redone...the bathroom is complete now with shower screens, mirror etc in place. I thought we were almost at the end....well after all this time we should be right? Re: Our HGWA build in Wellard - Depressing 172Mar 10, 2015 7:59 pm I love all your texture on your laminex . I think its frustrating because it should of been picked up before the next stage of the bathroom . I have a few things that I have picked up while living in my home that should of been picked up by the next trade or at least my ss .after all they get paid to look over things .fingers crossed it doesnt take to long to fix . Yep definitely should've been picked up by someone. The tiler would've known as he had to cut those tiles on an angle. The main colour is Dulux Ecru Half, the feature colour is Dulux Army Greens Re: Our HGWA build in Wellard - Awaiting QCI & PCI 178Mar 13, 2015 3:34 pm I had a site meeting yesterday with our SS. Went really well. Apparently they are not ripping the nib wall out, just pulling all the tiles off & building it out a bit and should only take 2 days and hopefully it looks good and I won't be able to notice This is what it looks like (well before they cleaned) Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Our HGWA build in Wellard - Awaiting QCI & PCI 179Mar 13, 2015 9:44 pm A few pics from yesterday Kids Bathroom Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Laundry Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Hallway Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Kitchen (they need to finish off splashback tiling) Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Theatre Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Ensuite Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Yes, I have.
