What will you cook first in that beauty?! Well Cooper05 since you asked. In the interests of testing the full capabilities of the oven the menu is... Slow cooked shoulder of lamb..... roast potatoes and pumpkin, with steamed green vegies. Whilst the land shoulder is roasting away I will have the sour bread dough mixed, kneaded and rising ready to go in once the roast is finished. I'll need to make two loaves, because fresh bread lasts a nano second once it comes out of the oven. If I can talk OH into making his delicious golden steam pudding in the name of testing the gas burners .... The steam pudding will be served as afters with either cream and/or custard. It's not a very summer menu.... But it sure will be delicious. We will be so stuffed that we won't be able to move. The following day we will need to test the non-stick teppanyaki grill we need to get the grill smoking hot to test the rangehood The build - https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=67554 The Yard - viewtopic.php?f=19&t=67695 Re: Custom build - The Pavilions - SEQ - Oven installed!! 99Nov 22, 2013 8:34 am Look gorgeous! I'm going the other way and replacing my 8 year old 90cm free standing oven with 60s I'm also a big fan of double in wall ovens. I did have a 60cm double oven that I loved. I wanted one a wee bit wider (for roasts) but once I priced up wider wall oven and cook top it was more expensive than this beast! Add on rangehood And i was forced to compromise darn budgets.
