Early days, but thought I would ask.... HI, wanting to see how building was going in heritage heights? Looking to purchase land, seeing if al is ok there? Re: Is anyone building at Heritage Heights - St Helens Park 4May 31, 2014 10:27 am Have not been back to this forum for a while - sorry for not responding to the other two posters.. It is now the 31st of May. We have finally received our CDC approval to build our home at Heritiage Heights Circuit. We signed off on most of our variations (still waiting on a couple) - I find it unbelievable how long it takes to get a price on a small item sometimes! Well we did go with the Wisdom Newton 24 with the Butlers pantry (Winner HIA Awards !!!). We now have a 2.5 car wide garage and have set the home in a North South alignment, with all the glass of the Alfresco and entertaining room facing the north. We visit our little block most days, and it is amazing how the builders on each side treat our block of land like their personal parking space, access way and rubbish dump. Unfortunately there are two different builders (to ours) on each side, so I dont have any way to get any recourse. The area is filling up quickly with homes - I think it will be a great area, and the fact that the road is not on the way to anywhere should limit the traffic to locals and visitors. Hope to catch up with our neighbours soon. Cheers Re: Is anyone building at Heritage Heights - St Helens Park 6Aug 06, 2014 7:46 pm OK - so its now 6 August and we have still not turned a sod of earth. Waiting waiting waiting. I will be so happy when I am finished with the back office and start the joy of dealing with the "actual" builders / tradesmen...... Re: Is anyone building at Heritage Heights - St Helens Park 7Aug 27, 2014 7:26 pm Well here we are at 27 August. Apparently we will start to excavate next Wednesday. IF that happens I will post a photo. May not seem exciting to some, but I just want to see something happen. However I will need to go and get rid of the dishwasher and other garbage that has been dumped there in recent weeks..... grrrrr Re: Is anyone building at Heritage Heights - St Helens Park 8Sep 07, 2014 8:42 pm Great to hear the good news Gary, cant wait till im at the same stage.
