I walked up to your area last week, lots of work happening there now. Exciting times!! It is a little relief, at least we don't have any issue pending in our side. Yes, there are many houses that have already started!! at least our consolation thought is that when we move our neighbours will be there hahah We are going today we go once a week there, is our new hobby, if you see people running there maybe it's us!! Congrats in your pool being completed!!! such a relief for you! hope we have some hot days in the coming weeks so you can spend time in the new pool. cheers Re: Voyager Point - Majestic on the corner - No more appts : 55Apr 27, 2014 7:50 pm More than 3 weeks since my last update here. We had the wrapping up appointment on Thursday. We are expecting to have news this week about our CDC pack... and hopefully to have our approval not too long after that. Then, we will have to push our finances. We are recovering the excitement about the building now!!! Also, if somebody is interested, we have updated the blog. Re: Voyager Point - Majestic - We have our CDC approval 56May 16, 2014 6:34 pm Yes! finally, after 2 months 20 days of signing our contract we received our CDC approval!!! it was great when i received the email and finally it wasn't any more requirements or payments but all our documents for our lender.
