I am currently in the very early stages of sub-dividing my land in Melbourne and building at the rear. My draftsmen has drawn up the initial plans but i just wanted to throw this question out there to see if there are things i should consider adding to the layout.
I am keen to hear peoples thoughts and experience on this as I am building for sale on completion. I know for example things like pools or running CAT5 throughout the entire house has a poor ROI. A beautifully designed alfresco area however does have good ROI.
