Hello all,
After seeing the Eden display home a few streets away I thought it was so great I wanted one. Looks like there are a few fellow DAH'ers near by in Stage 12C now!
My block hasn't titled yet but should be ready next month.. its been a long wait
I had a look on Friday and it looks like all of the services are finally buried, bitument road is down, bob cat and loader were out laying out the limestone for the block retaining walls. Its starting to feel look like a future street and no longer the tree lined sandy wasteland I remember when I signed the contract .
So far external colours and prestart are done and now I'm just waiting on the last of the finance bits to be completed, land titles, land settlement so final site survey can be completed since we can't get access to the block yet and then onto council approval.

External colours are pretty close to the display minus the lime stone render and wooden decking. Driveway and porch will be charcoal liquid limestone.
Kitchen cupboards, bench, splashback Nougat caesarstone, platinum micro silk for the under benchtop cupboards, white silk gloss for the over heads. Laundry benchtop is a very similar laminex to the nougat and the cupboards are white.
Bathroom, and laundry tiles Urban stone for bathroom/ensuite tops with polar white cabinets, white tiles for the shower with a feature strip running up the middle and side vanity splashbacks.
Bathroom feature tile
Main floor plan changes compared to display:
* Convert office/study to bedroom 4 and widen by 120mm (taken from kitchen/dining)
* Close off home theatre
* Convert one of the hallway recesses to a 3rd linen
* Move ensuite door to make the WIR an L shaped walk through robe.
* Double ensuite shower and both bathrooms hobless.
* Moved alfresco slightly to centre of house, add screen wall to fit a small shed behind it since house takes up most of the block
* Add french doors to hallway to close off living area/kitchen.
* Double sliding doors from dining room to alfresco as per display
* Removed the raked ceiling from the dining/kitchen/alfresco area
* Changed the glass in the front door and sidelights to frosted for privacy. Top triangular window is still translucent.
Otherwise just about everything else is like the display
