Either can i! Bright and early this morning at 6.30am, i'm upstairs in the main bedroom wondering why i am hearing music, go downstairs... oh hello! Poor things are using wheelbarrows to do the concrete pour, hopefully they'll get most of it done before it hits 30 degress outside today aussiebell Looks like a good size considering, I guess that's a benefit of double story Yes that's why we opted for a double instead, although if we had a single we wouldn't have been arguing for so long about what to do with the backyard as i would have concreted everything!! Did they use road base on just putting concrete over dirt? I'm pretty sure end result would great. Re: Beckham by Henley - Landscaping Started!!! 495Oct 27, 2014 8:30 am evec Hey PEARZ, howz your landscaping going? Were they reasonable on the price? Reasonable? Hmmm for approx 25sq expose aggregrate alone was $3750 The original quote for approx 53sq footpath around the house was $3880 Decking is about another $2,500 to existing alfesco The exposed aggregrate came up very nicely although one patch that could have been washed longer on but overall very nice! Sealing and decking to be done this week, can't wait for the finished products! On another note, took me 2hours to get to work today exhausted just from the drive! Re: Beckham by Henley - Landscaping Started!!! 499Oct 28, 2014 7:53 am Ponzu That termite barrier needs to be buried UNDER the concrete pour to maintain warranty BTW Hi Ponzu, do you mean covered so u only see the top cover? What happens if its still exposed greatly? My neighbors one is greatly exposed. Does that mean if there is a breakout of termite they are not covered? Ps in the photo below the covered thing near the downpipe is the termite barrier. Is this ok? Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Second Build, this time with Carlisle 2016, can't wait!
