Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Sep 15, 2013 10:57 pm Hello all Been lurking around this forum for a few months, so I thought its about time to put up my first post I'm looking to do a KBR, 2 storey house in the Inner West. Haven't decided with which builder I'll be going with, but Kurmond Homes and Wisdom are on my short list. Got a price list from Kurmond, they're surprisingly affordable, and their site costs are included in the price (which is fixed by the way). Their inclusions lists is quite good too, they include driveways, floor coverings, ducted air, alfresco. Which makes me ask the question if there is a catch anywhere? Has anyone gone with them, or currently are building? How is their after sales service? I've been reading some reviews and quite a few are shocking to be honest (so are others to be honest). Would be interesting to get people's opinions from this forum. Thanks for reading! Re: KBR in Sydney's Inner West 3Sep 29, 2013 12:12 am Mate, I was with Wisdom and I would say "Be Careful". Have happily now signed up with Kurmond due to many many issues with Wisdom Homes. Biggest issue The owner and his staff have no clue on who the customer is. They think they can talk down to people because if they walk its one house the have lost when they have sold a lot.
