Nick are I (Rachel) are on Lot 8. Hopefully we can make it to Saturday's meeting. Thank you so much for the heads up about the NBN though - we too had paid $675 - so hopefully we get that back!! Sorry Rachel, with all the news from Impy, forgot to welcome you back, yes lots to read after 5 weeks I'm sure! Lol Hopefully we will get to meet you both on Saturday. Re: Anyone building at Eden Grange Riverstone? 735Feb 03, 2014 9:57 pm kimmid Exactly what I was thinking Michelle Lol I don't think there is anybody better for the Job Kim! Lol Re: Anyone building at Eden Grange Riverstone? 736Feb 03, 2014 10:17 pm I think he has proven his skills time and time again... Welcome back Rachel...hope you guys can make it on Saturday I was wondering....what would the council mean by 'engineering requirements'? That doesn't sound like something that could be addressed and rectified quickly. Re: Anyone building at Eden Grange Riverstone? 737Feb 04, 2014 5:03 am That's a good question Kim.... I also wondered what it means.... I wonder how council even check when it's all underground??? It's amazing what they can do.... But I agree with you Kim, how can they get this so wrong after completing huge developments... I really wish someone from Cap Corp or EB are reading this forum! Re: Anyone building at Eden Grange Riverstone? 738Feb 04, 2014 5:20 am I agree with you all. Some really good points to. I would like to volunteer Rizan for the job of writing a nasty but effective letter to these incompetent morons! Rizan - are you up for the job! lol. I too am hopeless if I have to go face on with someone but would gladly stand by someone else who has the right attitude and confidence to speak up. I think the idea of threatening EB with going to the papers or Today Tonight might just be enough. If anyone (Rizan lol) drafts up a letter, this threat should definitely be stated in it. Not sure if EB want anymore bad publicity so they may actually pull there finger out and fix it. Re: Anyone building at Eden Grange Riverstone? 739Feb 04, 2014 6:35 am I like the direction you are heading in Honi...lol Re: Anyone building at Eden Grange Riverstone? 740Feb 04, 2014 8:18 am Impy I think the best way to get proper answers is for someone to write a letter explaining what most would call an ordeal and for the rest to sign it on Saturday when we all meet up. That's just my opinion. Feel free to share thoughts. I am with you on Impy. Lets get a letter collectively signed seeking a true update than a standard response. It is too premature to approach the media. I am in. We spent close to 2 years in a process with TA. It was horrible..... we got to tender, and the first cut was 50% over our budget which "they care such about meeting ". We… 18 27185 I built with EB back on 2009.
