Absolutely stoked thanks bradster181.
Thanks MalSannie, can't wait for ceilings to go in and define the rakes, recesses, and bulkheads. (Ceiling peeps are about 2 weeks behind schedule)

Home theatre dry walled
Rake insulated, they ran out of gyproc sheets
Cavity slider instal
Dropped ceiling kitchen
Progressing well, happy with that and the fact they will work sat & sun.
Not happy with ceased whipper sniper (not sure the expense of this one) and split tyre on the way home ($300)

Cornices went up today, couple of the join gaps are a little larger than i would have thought were needed. Ill have a good look tomorrow and discuss with builder if need be.
As a bonus we got the tempo cornice externally too. Was only listed as standard on addenda.

We kinda have the same entry. But I was just looking at mine and I don't have soffits (it's all open) so do you think it will look funny seeing the raised ceiling in the entryway, standing from the hallway?? If you get me lol
