I am looking at building a house in the new willowdale estate leppington (sydney) and will probably have a block of land about 350 square meters. I have spoken to a few friends and was advised since my budget is only 250k for the house it is better to for a single story house. I am currently looking at the verdelho 4 witch was a price 194.872 from beechwood the price includes site costs give or take extra 10-20k (i am hoping) leaving me the rest for upgrades alfresco etc. With my budget can anyone recommend any other builders ..... with my budget. Depends on how big you want your house to be etc. That was the original plan but spoke to a few people who said the budget I have it will be give me a skeleton 2 story house with pretty no upgraded finishes , I was persuaded to go for a single story as my budget would allow for upgrades etc Really tight at the top of the stairs- how to get furniture into those rooms? Study books - does anyone really use them these days?
