By the way I absolutely love that stone looking tile you picked out for ensuite. Just saw that in a 101 display house and took lots of pictures. I still have no idea what vibe we're going for with design stuff, maybe it's good that pre start is really far away:-) hope it all moves quickly for you from here. Thanks Ardie514 which 101 display did you see it in? We wouldn't mind seeing it also. We just kind of went with the interior designers advise, we told her what we liked & what look we were going for & she just came up with lots of ideas she was great!! Re: First build with Redink Homes 23Oct 20, 2013 12:38 am I just looked through the pictures I took and I think it was actually in a redink display. It was at st. Leonards estate in caversham. In the laundry room, at least that's where I took the picture. I only looked at the redink house, 101 and Ventura when I was there so definitely in one of those. Good luck. It looks really nice I think, kind of a natural look. Re: First build with Redink Homes 24Oct 20, 2013 12:51 am Redink has a new display home opening mid Nov in Banksia grove, so maybe some good ideas there too. Re: First build with Redink Homes 25Oct 20, 2013 1:08 am I have just been looking through pictures of the Redink display homes on the website & just found the tiles in the Lakelands display home ensuite & bathroom, we were only in that display last weekend & didn't even notice . Hmmm not sure if I like them as much now!! we are only having them above our vanity & I think it's the feature walls that I am not sure about!! Here's the picture I took in the laundry. It's a much larger surface area. Forgot you're in Lakelands area so Caversham is a big drive Re: First build with Redink Homes 27Oct 24, 2013 1:04 pm Lovely selections. Look forward to following your build Re: First build with Redink Homes 29Oct 24, 2013 8:36 pm I do like your selections! Re: First build with Redink Homes 31Nov 06, 2013 1:25 pm So we received our final plans, addenda & prestart variation yesterday & I have looked over them a couple of times & can't find any mistakes/issues (apart from us missing off a socket in the bedroom) is this normal or do I need to be checking over & over again as it seems too good to be true!!?? Re: First build with Redink Homes 32Nov 06, 2013 4:59 pm We just compared our final plans with our list that we went into prestart with, as well as the colour/tile selection meeting copy of things we chose and a copy of our prestart choices. Just went through it and ticked everything off, found our WIR doorway wasn't made smaller and that we didn't have a nib wall in the second bathroom or a frameless mirror there either, wouldn't have noticed otherwise We have a tap! Peet lakelands interviewed us for our landsale, shame! haha. We're going to be in the lakelands newsletter, lol!
