Internal doors probably won't even be delivered until the fix - ours were delivered at the same time as the skirt and architraves.
No garage door - one of the later things to go on, due to the possibility of damage. Our house is at lockup, however the roof tiles haven't gone on the garage as yet (although ours is double storey).
