Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Aug 28, 2013 5:58 pm Hi, We have moved in to our new Carlisle Indra 20. While the house itself has been great, with not too many issues and all minor, as a naive first home owner I've only just noticed that the outside solar hot water has been installed on a 10 inch high packed mound of dirt, not slab/concrete. My naive assumption is this is a disaster waiting to happen. If it is, can anyone advise remedial steps? I was planning on concreting around that area anyhow as its only a 1.5 gap down the side to the boundary fence. Is this something Carlisle should have sorted out and do we have any recourse with the warranty?
