I love seeing the frame up--it's the first time it starts to look like it might be a real house. Re: Statesman-Greenock at Elizabeth Park - frames almost don 86Apr 16, 2014 3:43 pm I agree lucinda A bit dow turn at this point as the supply company is having a problem with the roof trusses. The delivery has been booked for the next Thursday, two weeks after the rest of the frames delivery. I must be very impatient... what is two weeks on the scale of living in the new house very soon First house - Statesman Greenock (modified) https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=66876 Second house - Fairmont Grand Design (modified) https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=100789 Re: Statesman-Greenock at Elizabeth Park - frames almost don 87Apr 16, 2014 8:45 pm Another fan of frames Re: Statesman-Greenock at Elizabeth Park - frames almost don 88Apr 17, 2014 10:54 am Visited the site last night can't stay away... windows have been delivered and frames have been worked on but not propped up just yet. Another visit tonight. Hopefully it will be still a bit of light to make more pics. I reconfigured the toilet, bathroom, vanity, and changed the layout of the kitchen--didn't cost extra, except for the extra cupboards in the kitchen. Hi Vladmari..I'm very new to this forum but I've been reading with great interest and excitement other peoples threads. I've recently just signed up to build with Statesman homes and am building a slightly modified Hampstead design with George Giannakakis help. He he been so helpful with the planning stage and although I have a long way to go yet, I'm really looking forward to the whole building process. My master plans are being drawn up and the site survey has been done. Next week is the soil testing. Its all very exciting I must say. Roof frames were installed yesterday (how lucky is that) just before the rain started to pour down. Hasn't it bucketed down! We still have lots of vacant blocks and building sites around us--rain is turning them all into muddy messes. Love your kitten, and adore your dog.
