They gave us a quote of $520 for this but we have asked for more details, could be because the door is 1200. We will do the letter box on our own. Our build thread: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=66797 Re: Wolf’s Dale Alcock Aveley Build 24Sep 19, 2013 12:01 am fancy pants $3000 for a letterbox?? I hope it folds my washing and makes my morning coffee too! The quote was based on the letterbox at the Aurora display home (there was a communication breakdown). This is beyond our budget though. Once we have ours I might be happy to recommend. Re: Wolf’s Dale Alcock Aveley Build - Titles Issued! 39Nov 17, 2013 9:53 pm We had pre start last Friday and now waiting for the costing’s. We requested Dale to cost for us Down Lights – not as expensive as we thought and we are now doing them through them, one less thing to worry about post hand over. Other than electricals, smart wiring, recessed ceiling in home theater and increasing the width of the island bench, not many major changes. We will have to get rid of some changes to work within our budget. This build continues to bleed us dry! Our build thread: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=66797 Re: Wolf’s Dale Alcock Aveley Build - Pre Start 40Nov 18, 2013 12:23 pm Amen to that, brother! We're collecting quotes for all the things that will need doing after handover (floors, painting, window treatments, paving etc.) and the hits just keep on coming! I think we'll be sitting on beanbags and eating two-minute noodles for a while... Good luck with making your final decisions. I'm sure you'll love your final plans.
