Keep all your build documentations (eg Drawings,Structurals, PPT, Certificates, Specis,etc),warranties, Photos you have taken during construction,etc,etc, accessible and all in one place 2. I suggest you also take finished photos of the step down in the floor slab and adjoining walls with particular reference to your wet/tiling areas 3. Should you have queries in the future try to take these new photos from the same location 4. Social media, H1, Professional advice & Apps for Analysis & Compliance are a great resource.. use them if needed. 5. Finally,did they put footings down for the garden retaining and planters.. just curious?
