Hey guys first of all this forum is so awesome and just what I needed as I am building my first house.I am based in Brisbane(just moved from aucks and loving the sunshine)
I am just after anyone who has used either Nuvo homes or Visual Diversity Construction?
we have bought a plot and are just in the planning stages and are overwhelmed with reviews good and bad on builder's here, it is terrifying just to make a decision.
we have heard to stay away from the big builders as they are not flexible and come with hidden costs to cushion their high overhead and premium inclusion's.
Also we were thinking of sticking the laundry in the garage , as we will most probably own just one car and want to use the real estate from the laundry to have a bigger bedroom, I intend starting a blog on here once I start building to hopefully receive insight along the way.

Hi All we built with Nuvo Homes on land at Graceville and had a wonderful experience. The whole team was very helpful from the day we met with Jo in the Rochedale Display to the completion of our home.
