Does anyone have any update on when the land will be registered?

Hi, it isnt clear its meant ot be in the next 2 months

We have just booked our lot at EdenGrange (Riverstone), and would be going for the Saville 21.

The contract signing is in a week. Was wondering if anyone else has already had the contract signed, and construction started ? and hows the experience so far...

Also, if there is any thing in particular that we need to make sure...

Are you stage 1 or stage 2? We are stage 1 and are still waiting for land to register after a very long process for some, so no construction has taken place yet.
We have another thread going on called "Anyone building at Eden Grange Riverstone?" If you head over there, there are heaps of us from the estate on there and we are all helping each other out with advice.
