Getting excited for the land release at the end of the year Re: eden grange 4Aug 16, 2013 11:39 am We just signed the house contracts and they said they have to start building by Mid Feb next year. So I would assume January or something Re: eden grange 5Aug 25, 2013 1:33 pm Hi there! My hubby & I just bought a Saville there. We have our tender appointment this week. I've been reading the eden brae forum, lots of helpful info there. Anything we should know at this stage? Where r u up to frisky? Re: eden grange 6Aug 27, 2013 4:21 pm Cheznath Hi there! Where r u up to frisky? Hi Cheznath Good luck with you tender just make sure if you don't understand something get them to explain , ask lots of questions get everything in writing also we wanted natural gas but they said it wasn't available at the time we done our tender which was October last year . If you want gas for cooking it will have to be large LPG gas cylinders , unless it is available now it would be good to know if it is ? Re: eden grange 7Aug 29, 2013 9:57 am Welcome to the neighbourhood! The place should have natural gas as we are getting an instant gas water system. We had a look at the land last weekend and it looks like one side of the estate is done while the other is still getting the sewers put it Re: eden grange 8Aug 29, 2013 8:05 pm oliverseiden Welcome to the neighbourhood! Have you done your contract yet ? Re: eden grange 9Aug 30, 2013 8:36 am I'm pretty sure, I have our BAISX thing and it says they will install a Gas Instantaneous system. Also in our tender they said we are getting a gas cook-top so im not sure why your block wont have it, i'd chase it up Re: eden grange 10Sep 08, 2013 9:02 pm Hey All Im also building in the estate Any updates on when the land is set to be registered, Will be handy to know considering you need to have a loan ready to go to pay for it Anyway if anyone has any news let us know Regards Jason Re: eden grange 11Sep 09, 2013 10:02 am We have a 'has to start by' date for building which is mid-Feb next year but I think the Land will be ready just after Christmas.
