Williams Landing - Kingwell Neighbourhood - Boutique homes

Hi Guys
First, i have to tell that this is a great forum for first home buyers like me. Greatly appreciate everyone involved including members.

We bought a land in Simonson Release and looking to build with Boutique homes, most probably Barcelona 28. I thought it would be better to start a new blog on this forum to get ideas and suggestions/help.

Does anyone building with Boutique homes ? Or anybody already done so and have something to share ? I hope they are good, but any help would be greatly appreciated as we haven't put any deposit yet.
