The site cost quoted by them in that area is very high, around 20k..is that normal.. Are there any changes we can make to that plan to get more storage space? ? If none of the standard options suits you, you can always ask for floorplan modification or adding an extra room - be mindful that Henley wont do it if it is a massive modification. Regarding site cost, if your land is in a new estate, Henley should be able to give you fixed site cost (if there is no major problem with your lot). I believe 20k is only provisional (not quoted).
