We have a low bal, so I'm not sure what extra you need for 12.5. You can call me Chris! Beechwood may charge higher cost for rain water tank and connections 12-14k. Beechwood may charge always addional fill required 200 ton of soil 5000$. Mine 38k for complete fixed price site cost including soil removal, piering, plumbing, storm water, basix, st.authority . All fixed no more to pay. Re: Who is building with Allworth Homes 298Jun 09, 2014 2:54 pm Sorry to be a pain but I have so many questions. Does the electrical side of things like the power points and light fittings come with the price of the house or do we have to pay extra on top. Does the house come with light fittings or will we have to get an electrician in after. Re: Who is building with Allworth Homes 299Jun 09, 2014 3:05 pm Comes with standard basic batten holder electrical plan, every room having one light point and one power point, no down lights and fan. If you need more you have to add in when electrical appointment, i think light points charged and power points are charged 55$ per connection.
