My partner and I are looking at the current harmony entertainer promo with minimal changes, do they have a fast processing time frame? We would have been speaking with the shellcove office we have had a quote completed already but now we have changed houses and they want to charge us $500 for a requote. Yeah our first two were pretty quick about 2 weeks each and then our drawings took about 9 weeks. Which felt excruciating at the time but big picture isnt too bad. We are just itching to start constuction now Re: Who is building with Allworth Homes 2526Aug 05, 2016 9:57 am SCATTEDD. I have a friend in the Wollongong area who had a house built by Allworth. It completed around 12 months ago. She invited me through it recently as I was considering them. The workmanship, in my opinion, was atrocious. Plaster had gaping holes above the doors, paintwork appeared to have been done by an amateur, brickwork was bad, she is having electrical supply issues, water pipes bang in the ceiling, and apparently Allworth no longer want to assist with repairs. I personally wouldn't go anywhere near them. Re: Who is building with Allworth Homes 2527Aug 05, 2016 10:08 am Oh well that's good it seems to be the thing with builders and the time it takes to produce some plans. Allypally Oh god really we are building in the Ulladulla area I hope they don't use the same trades. We are very limited on who we can build with in the area there are a few builders who I wouldn't go near ever in the Shoalhaven. Thank you very much for the lists I will show my partner... We are getting a quote from a builder on Sunday but Allworth wants to charge a $500 requote fee.. Re: Who is building with Allworth Homes 2534Aug 05, 2016 9:34 pm Built in Newcastle. Not sure about the $500 requote fee but I'd say they'll probably be willing to waive it if you end up going with them. Re: Who is building with Allworth Homes 2536Aug 05, 2016 9:51 pm scattedd Hopefully the will. Have you had any problems after handover? Did you take one of the harmony promos at the time? I got the promo with Caesarstone, ducted aircon and upgraded appliances. Re: Who is building with Allworth Homes 2537Aug 06, 2016 4:57 am farm harmony X-ray Looks Great SancHarmony! The brick work has just been completed on our house - just in time before the rain sets in for the week. I guess the next job will be the eaves. Our 17 week build period is up at the end of the month. No way we'll make that of course with the amount of work still to be done. I'd say we'd be luck to get the keys before October. Fantastic that your brickwork is finished,is your roof on? We have had great weather here although the forcast is for a wet month, Yes the roof went on before the bricks. The eaves have just been done, which I thought may have been left unit the weather cleared (it's wet here too).
