So if you find a design you like, you can use it without worrying about copyright infringement. Not trying to plug anyone's businesses here.... A google search came up with http://www.homeplansonline.com.au/buy.html and http://www.iwantthatdesign.com.au/designs as a couple of examples. Was just wondering if anyone had any experience with this sort of thing... it's probably more suited to builders though now that I think about it. The plans you buy on line might not work on the site you have. Very important to get the facts & data (soil test/geotechnical, feature surveys/bushfire assessment/anu council overlays affecting the block/etc) about the site first, then design to suit.
