I have been so so lazy in updating! Things have been crazy the last couple of months and doing all sorts of stuff house related has kept us majorly Busy! Thankyou for all the lovely comments Heres some pics of what we've been up to: Landscaping is in full Swing! We had a pile of rocks delivered a few weeks ago... Turned them into a little rock wall to level out the front yard and add some interest before we plant it out... Deck is done (no roof on at this point) Landscaping down the side underway We are installing an electric LED fireplace in the lounge area, and have our new sofa and rug in place. Getting there! We absolutely love the house... Our 3 month inspection was at the end of Jan (I can scarcely believe that!) and only minor touch ups and fix Ups. Simonds were really proactive and helpful. Next on the agenda is planting all the plants, laying the lawn, installing the fireplace and installing the hardwood screening to close in the deck area.
