Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Sep 28, 2013 8:33 am Unfortunately I deleted the links to the pics due to personal reasons. If you want to see the home we are in Melton. I can PM you the details you can take a look at it if you like. There are 3 homes being built within meters of each other. Other wise i can Pm you the links. The facade i have chosen is the Newport, with the Ruby floor plan. What stage are you at with the building process? How has your experience been to date? The sales team are fantastic a pleasure to deal with. Just a pre warning the color consultant in my personal opinion lacks attention to detail which will causes administration errors, only evident once you start construction. As with most disgruntled customers in the forum dealing with administration issues takes it's toll on you. Once you pass this stage you can breathe again..lol I hope you do not have to deal with the issues that we have had. Be mindful and please check and triple check what has been said is confirmed in writing and do not assume anything. Once the building process begins the progression of each stage is pretty quick. You will be in your home in no time. I am so looking forward to reading other experiences with Granvue Homes. Welcome to what we as future residents call in Artherstone to the Granvue Homes display village lol. After all that has been said and done, I'm confidant you will love your new home and put the building experience behind you, as we all do eventually. Good luck and i sincerely wish your building experience keeps the joy and excitement of a house becoming a home alive. Hi Tina. Thank you. I was a bit anxious waiting for some colour to show up. I can't wait to have the floor boards, splash back and bench go in. Colours selection drove me insane. I'm still having night terrors.lol. Re: MY New build with Granvue Homes time lines so far. 7Sep 30, 2013 9:37 pm Emptyspace You home is looking so nice! I love all the shelves and drawers! We need a someone to come and do those for all our WIR and robes! Thanks ES. I'll be glad when it's all over. We had ours included as part of the promotion they had for that particular home. I think they still provide some of it as standard. Not sure the inclusions have changed since we signed up. so I'm gratefull that we got all we did. Re: MY New build with Granvue Homes time lines so far. 11Dec 03, 2013 5:07 pm MyH1Login no it's not ..ours is by Hume. Apparently Corinthian do not make it in the vertical glass panel. Not sure 100% though. I cant say it's a fact.lol.Sorry. I know for a fact tho that Bunnings do sell the Hume door in that design and are available. Cost about $650 from memory. Hope that helps. Re: MY New build with Granvue Homes time lines so far. 12Dec 03, 2013 7:19 pm They have something similar, but not exactly like the one you have. I checked Bunnings and yep, they sell a 2040 x 1200 for $629. Corinthian has a couple of new choices: http://www.corinthian.com.au/Products/Doors/Entry/Windsor-External-Range/Windsor-WIN-3VBG, which perhaps just became available. --- Re: MY New build with Granvue Homes time lines so far. 14Dec 04, 2013 7:41 pm MyH1Login hey just saw your pics - you changed your door colour! i think i like it it's different! i'm a bit sick of seeing the same stained timber doors. well done Thank.
