Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jul 24, 2013 11:19 am OK just for a bit of background- prior to signing we were given a full build time frame of 9 months. After our plans were drawn up we were told 12months. It took three months from PCQ to pre-start which we have on Friday... I have been given an estimate of three months after pre-start before the pad goes down... is this normal time frame? Re: Timeframe after pre-start? 2Jul 24, 2013 12:41 pm There is no such thing as normal. All builders operate differently and it depends on what is in your contract. Does it say in the contract?
