They do an obligation free design and quote (unlike many of the similar status builders like Comdain and Englehart who want a few grand upfront). We dealt with Lou and he came up with an initial design for our somewhat unusual block that we liked. It is still very early (no money has changed hands yet and no firm quote) but so far so good.
