Hi Bouquet25 I can't actually remember. I am not in NZ on holidays so haven't got the paperwork with me to check, but I am fairly sure there was some insulation in the roof as standard. Will have to check when we get back sorry. Re: Redesigned Retreat Q2 Home - Tiling Underway! 83Jan 21, 2014 9:27 pm We are back from holidays in NZ and PH started back on the 14th. Since then we have seen the installation of the kitchen, vanities, laundry tub and cabinets, coving and yesterday the tiling started! We are THRILLED with the tiles and really pleased with the colour. Word is that completion should be early to Mid March .... but I would be surprised if it took that long (wishful thinking!) as they seem to be getting through the work so fast. I have included some latest photos below. What great progress! How exciting! I have a random and very specific question sorry hahaha. What height are the windows in your living room? I.e. How tall are they? I'm just asking because in my head our living room windows extend closer to the floor than yours seem to be but maybe I'm wrong... :s and I want to make sure I've got things right in my head. Ours are 2m so I'm not visualising thing too wrongly phew haha.. . I think.... But I don't know what your window top height is... Our window tops are at 2230, do you know what yours are? Arg it's amazing how crazy you get about details at this stage of the build! Looking at windows though - I wish we had a shorter one in the TV area like you so (can fit a couch better!!).
