Is that approval fee included in home price or the home owner have to pay it? Hi Subhara..it was CDC for us and we did not pay anything. I think it was included in the tender price Re: New Living Homes 647Jun 29, 2017 3:19 pm How is the quality of the down lights provided by NLH? Need to change for upgrade or good? Re: New Living Homes 648Jun 29, 2017 3:43 pm subhra1981 How is the quality of the down lights provided by NLH? Need to change for upgrade or good? It is an upgrade to include downlights so it is not part of their standard inclusions. You can however still do this and NLH will charge additional mark up or you can do this after handover by advising Jade of your electrical plans. Re: New Living Homes 650Jun 29, 2017 7:51 pm subhra1981 @jcal14 i hv increased the no of downlights from NLH from their standard range the one they used in display homes. Do i need to change the type of downlight? It comes to personal preference if you want to change the type of downlight, as for me I will be doing all the downlights after handover and wanted to have LED type with wide beam which is recommended for my upgraded ceiling height of 2.7m as it will affect the interior lighting Re: New Living Homes 654Jun 30, 2017 10:08 am Fyi NLH change their price quarterly so usually around this timing for Q2 unless they have extended it a bit by few days.
