Browse Forums Building A New House Re: New Living Homes 383Feb 26, 2015 10:36 am Scifi9 Hi Paul&Tara. Can we contact Jade electrical now or after construction starts ? I would try so maybe he will get in early and recess your meter box into the bricks which requires your incoming conduit from your street to be in the slab. I'm going to try and contact him next week maybe because I want to change quite a few things as I'm an electrician myself. What stage has your plans gotten to at greenway ? Re: New Living Homes 385Mar 03, 2015 7:36 pm Yeh they've told it should be towards the end of the month until I get cdc approval and that I shouldn't expect any phone calls from them till then. After that it goes in for review for all the varies and then after all that has passed it can proceed to construction. So I'm expecting 6 weeks til peg out as a minimum. Re: New Living Homes 388Mar 25, 2015 1:02 pm Just got an email saying we are in the final stages of Admin..YAY! Getting there slowly... Does anyone know/remember how long it took from getting CDC Plans to go through the final admin stages before starting? We had made an allowance for this in the tender, but would have preferred to be getting $5,000 off our price rather than $2,000. When did you get your tender? Our original one expired 31.12.14. I lock my tender in around April 2014 and it expired in October 2014. Can anyone tell me ROUGHLY, what they think the price increase will be as of April 2015? Thanks in advance if anyone can help!
