Well.....still in the admin stage so pulling out has put us about a year behind but we don't regret it. We've signed contracts with Stroud Homes who are a nice small builder and we're happier with the design too. Hopefully we can demo within the month! Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 13387Feb 14, 2017 6:53 pm fingerscrossed, i hope you create a blog! or a homeone forum page? we are thinking about doing it all again (this time, acreage), and stroud are one of the builders that has designs we like. Just curious ... mine still leaking, but design fault, not waterproofing issue & just curious to see whether mine has been done differently to everyone else ... or you all get wet floors every time someone showers . Here is mine ..... In my case, the water hits the silver base at the foot of the glass & runs down & outside through the gap in the shower screen door. It is the most ridiculous design in the world. Not what I was expecting from a "frameless" shower ... thought there would be no silver base. If there were no silver base, the water would hit the glass, fall to the tiles, which are angled down to the drain & i would have no leaks! 2013 1st tender 24/10 Dep. 18/11 2014 5% 25/02 CDC approval 5/5 Demo 26/5 Pool 3/7 Valid'n 10/7 Slab 11/8 Frame 19/9 Bricks 23/10 2015 Roof 3/12 Lock up 11/2 PCI 31/3 Final insp. & keys 30/4 Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 13389Feb 14, 2017 9:22 pm [quote="Villinaeliters"]Hello everyone, long time no speak! can any of you already in who have frameless shower screens please post a pic or 3 of the base of your shower screens (on each side)? I have chosen these exact tiles for my bathroom. Not with Masterton homes, im doing a custom build in WA, but came across this post when searching marakesh tiles. My tiles have arrived and they should be laying them in the next couple of weeks. I have chosen these for the floor, and some plain white ones for the rest of the bathroom. White vanity with a grey top. Cant wait to see how it turns out!! Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 13396Feb 15, 2017 7:17 pm Magavin ... OMG. You are describing my bathroom. I have these Marrakesh tiles as floor, white bath hob & walls, white vanity with ash grey stone top. Please! Please! Please post some pics so I can see how it all comes together. Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 13399Feb 15, 2017 7:48 pm I am going to be building the Harmony Elite Option B modified. I am building in Calderwood Valley NSW. I am waiting for my land to be registered which will be around August so have not done inside selections as yet. Has anyone changed the oven to a wall oven. Also what have you done with the Walk in Pantry, looking at ideas for this. I made mine double the size it was. I have put a picture below of my modified plan. The Grande Resort Suite at the front will be my office as I work from home running my own business. My bedroom is Bed 4. We are currently in the drafting stage of our Harmony Elite. We have to pick tiles and do our kitchen plan this weekend and I am still unsure on colours. Can anyone who has built the Harmony Elite show me their tile and kitchen colours, - I know there might not be many as it's a newer design but thought I would ask just in case Thank you! 4 16752 i imagine you also have another contract with an architect? and yeah, whatever other's said about special conditions and appendices 16 16026 Hi all I am looking to run a water line under my concrete footpath which is directly next to my home, was seeing if this is possible without cutting the entire section… 0 20193 |
