Ok. Ill confirm with M person today since I have to ask other questions. Is it possible to get a credit for the air con and go with our own supplier? IMHO, there is a good chance, that the credit they will give you is less than the cost of the AC. E.g., they may give you the wholesale price they get from the supplier. In your tender it is that price plus 27% margin. Thus they may make the 27% without even having to organise the AC install and providing the warranty. Hi Fisher, I asked at colours could i get credited for the crappy air cond that they give as standard. I was told no you either upgrade with us or you get no credit and you do your own after handover. So i just paid the extra $6 grand got myself the top of range Daikin air cond in this heat your going to need a good one They are basically saying, we will make it almost impossible for you to do your own AC, because doing one AFTER handover is a hell lot more difficult. You will have to remove the gyprock to put the internal unit in. 2014 30/05 $3900 25/08 Contracts 02/10 DA submitted 2015 17/02 DA approved 02/04 Colors 10/04 Demo 09/07 Construction start 27/07 Fill 15/08 Slab 21/09 Frame 2016 08/01 Bricks Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 13337Feb 07, 2017 1:12 pm Fisher75 sandra 2016 Fisher75 [quote="kly525"]Right. I would of rathered the 4k credit as had issues with bank for final 2 payments cause they needed appliances in b4 handover. M made me sign indemnity letter just so i could get appliances day before keys. My sales lady said she wrote all the prices of the upgraded bricks in my colours folder she gave me. Ordered my colour as per $1200 price from book. Go to sign contract $4 grand. After months of back and forth M said i could have wrote all prices in my book myself. Pffff i had a email from her confirming " Hi Sandra i wrote the prices in your colours book to help you out when selecting your bricks" end quote. You know what i had to.pay yep $4k. We are paying approx. $6k to upgrade our bricks. I had to ask for the quote via email so have it in writing from the sales team so they can't say i was misquoted or misheard. Also i based the choice partially on the cost as it was a toss up between 2 brick choices. Yeah i think they must be extending build time for people who are only now signing up with them. The contracts manager is adamant that the build days is correct...however, if i find out afterwards that it's not the case ill be have a not so kind word to this contracts manager 4 17095 i imagine you also have another contract with an architect? and yeah, whatever other's said about special conditions and appendices 16 16396 Hi all I am looking to run a water line under my concrete footpath which is directly next to my home, was seeing if this is possible without cutting the entire section… 0 20553 |
