We originally didnt go floor to ceiling in the bathrooms as we had 5 bathrooms but after seeing a house with the basic i changed 3 bathrooms to floor to ceiling tiles and left powder room and granny bathrooms as standard heights. So glad i changed this 2 weeks before they came and laid tiles. Very happy with Dons tiles not the delay in getting to my house but they blamed masterton not booking them in. Their sales staff and installers were very friendly. Something that I just cant get used to totally different look to how it should of been. My SS was a #### . I told them just a phone call would of helped find out how I wanted them. KDR. Marina 12 look at your paperwork that you signed with Dons Tiles every room has on my one what direction they are to be done. Maybe your sales lady forgot this and thats not your fault if she didnt write it down. Im sure if you ask others on here their sheet should say direction to lay tiles also. M never installed ours my hubby did they just left a bag of them for us. He fixed them to the bottom of the door not the wall so you can't even see them unless the door is closed. Do we pay them PCI payment after inspection or on that day? Also had the asian painter at my place on saturday thought it was strange that he was also installing my dead locks and took the front door handles off after the tradie who does this job for a living installed them. Also spilling some type of liquid in the place without cleaning it up. We are looking at November for completion and we have only just had our site scrape ...ahrhhrhr! We are at PCI on friday my contract runs out first week of march but then again they did add 39 extra working days to my build for some unexplained reason. Will say my house was completed b4 xmas shutdown besides for the shower screens and door handles. They would not hand it over as i was still in contract. Once they started mine it has taken 7 months to build and thats with me on their backs when there were weeks without any work being done. I signed up with them Oct 2015 with a registered block. Should have my keys mid feb. Going off my 7months actual build it is possible they will have yours completed. 4 16727 i imagine you also have another contract with an architect? and yeah, whatever other's said about special conditions and appendices 16 15997 Hi all I am looking to run a water line under my concrete footpath which is directly next to my home, was seeing if this is possible without cutting the entire section… 0 20175 |
