Looks like there is a bit of plumbing to be accomodated.
Anyone have a slimline tank installed?
Our slimline isn't installed yet but the plumbing is there. I don't have time to go tomorrow but I could on Monday to take a pic if you'd like ?

When we were renting the water tank was on my daughters bedroom wall and it could be heard in her room but as with our house only when the tap is turned on or toilet is flushed.... Thanks for the pic. His moved in on our block. Every time we are there his there. He was under that gyprock and made it moved when he jumped out. I agree with the aircon being outside a bedroom. You should try put it as far away from bedrooms as possible. Why don't you have them down the side of the house that isn't pushed up against the boundary. That photo I posted was the house as close to boundary as possible. The tank fits with plenty of room. It's a 5500L that is going in. From demo how long before is it usually until slab is laid? I know the peg out needs to be done. I'm just trying to prep myself for timelines so I'm not disappointed ...! For us we had peg out as soon as the post handover 20 days was up, but it was three months after peg out before the slab was poured. The cut & fill plus other earthworks for the storm water & sewer took quite a while. They should also invest time into looking at the qualities of those that are making a difference ie good and regular communication, quality work and timeframes met and then promote this model. Seems to be too far and few between. I am sure she could update clients via texts and make sure materials are ordered and the RIGHT QUANTITY to avoid having to order more bricks and get colour variations. 4 16884 i imagine you also have another contract with an architect? and yeah, whatever other's said about special conditions and appendices 16 16156 Hi all I am looking to run a water line under my concrete footpath which is directly next to my home, was seeing if this is possible without cutting the entire section… 0 20333 |
