We have been in our house over a month and we still have an extensive list of things for M to either fix replace or re-do. Have been so busy with landscaping driveways and just cleaning with a little work in between we have not really followed up but that is on the to do list this weekend. I can't PM on here atm. The wall is barely noticeable until you put a level up against it. I'll take some pics tomorrow. Hubby is onsite all day with our electrician friend doing our data cabling. Has anyone changed paint colour on something ? If so what did they charge ? I thought we were doing the cladding in monument but I just realised we picked surfmist. It's probably not worth paying them to change it. He reckoned there was potential for water to get in if the joins cracked? Just wondering if anyone knew anything before we talk to the supervisor. Given we've been in more than 3 months now! I've not been on the forum for months. Hope everyone's builds are going well! We're generally happy with ours. Just waiting on the landscaping in the next couple of weeks... Hi Spikes place...... our roof tiles appear to butt up against each other too..... I think that the profile of the tile would have a lip on the lower tile that the upper tile would sit on top of (hope that makes sense!). I just had a look at the Monier roof tiles online, and in their image gallery they also had some pics that look like they butt up against each other - it seems to depend on the style of your tiles.
