We are having surfmist as our compliment colour. I almost went with Dune. I wish we would of thought to make our garage bigger and also changed that front bedroom window. We changed our theatre to the same as your windows. Did you upgrade the cladding ? I would of preferred that horizontal design. Ours is boring big rectangle panels. And I like the additional ensuite for your teenage kids. Also I thought our front parapet was going to be the same as yours. I have no idea why it was changed on my plans . I agree our houses are quite similar in many ways, and it looks like they will be finished around the same time. The cladding was an upgrade, cost a few hundred. We are happy with the dune, but were tossing up with the surfmist as well. Sounds like we are both fairly happy with the progress but there are certainly highs and lows along the way. Look forward to watching yours progress over the coming weeks. https://synergy32.wordpress.com We were never given the option to upgrade the cladding. I guess we didn't ask either. What date is the end of your contract ? Fisher75 - no garage door ? That isn't lock up!!! No - garage door is later. Lock up is all entry doors to actual house (internal access doors from garage, laundry and front door) Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 11837Aug 04, 2016 3:56 pm They should be fitted but not necessarily J + H as they theoretically can't be accessed. Our lockup payment was suspended until the stacker door could be properly locked Today we discovered another issue. The fireplace isolation switch isn't working properly https://mandgbuildatmulgoarise.wordpress.com/ Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 11838Aug 04, 2016 5:02 pm michelle1980 Out of interest fisher75 how long have u been at lockup? Have u been tiled yet? Apparently there is a 3-4 week wait on tilers due to the amount of houses to be done We are in the pre contract stage with Masterton Homes and conerned about the cost of hydraulics.
