Which is why it's cost us so much, cause we've paid for everything. I think masterton just provided shelving (similar to what's in linen etc).. However when we asked at tender time the cost for WIP m said 3500. We bawked at that. So who knows what that actually would have included. Based on our quote. A bench? We are getting 2 600mm under bench ovens. No idea what model they are. Or how much the second one will cost, but whatever the cost we will have to bare it cause we definitely want two ovens and not one larger one. And not sure about the cooktop. A 900mm one though?!? How vague do I sound. Lol. We are building the villina grande. __________________________________________ House/Land Package Purchased:02.02.15 5% House Deposit Paid:17.03.15 10% Land Deposit Paid:18.08.15 Land Registered: 04.17 Slab Poured: 15.08.17 PCI: 17.05.18 Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 11355Jun 08, 2016 2:37 pm sachapman1084 SVE the only inclusion we had for our WIP was the water point. It came with stone bench top 20ml and a sink. All these cupboards came with the price no extras added. Yours does look bigger but thats almost 3x the price. I am not sure your measurements of pantry but i can find out mine to compare sizes if you like. Seems they charged way to much and thats not even with tile upgrades. We also are doing a 900 under cupboard oven cost about $950 extra for oven Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Thanks Sandra. Looking at your pics. Ours does seem a lot larger and have nearly twice as many doors as you. And we got a few add ons that were a bit pricey. We went tall cupboards with a bulkhead above. We got spice racks put in. Touch doors, soft close. An open soft close drawer set. Brushed aluminium kicks. If we were to take all them out we could have got it down a considerable amount.... (But we weren't prepared to compromise on what essentially will be one of our most used rooms - we LOVE to cook!) __________________________________________ House/Land Package Purchased:02.02.15 5% House Deposit Paid:17.03.15 10% Land Deposit Paid:18.08.15 Land Registered: 04.17 Slab Poured: 15.08.17 PCI: 17.05.18 Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 11357Jun 08, 2016 2:40 pm Jasonm1 sachapman1084 SVE the only inclusion we had for our WIP was the water point. We've been told we could change the upright to a 900mm stove and 1 600mm under bench oven for free.... So hoping the single addition of one oven isn't quite that much! __________________________________________ House/Land Package Purchased:02.02.15 5% House Deposit Paid:17.03.15 10% Land Deposit Paid:18.08.15 Land Registered: 04.17 Slab Poured: 15.08.17 PCI: 17.05.18 Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 11358Jun 08, 2016 2:46 pm Touch doors were standard for us but yes yours does look alot bigger. Have you had your tile and electrical appointment yet? Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 11359Jun 08, 2016 2:48 pm sandra 2016 Touch doors were standard for us but yes yours does look alot bigger. Have you had your tile and electrical appointment yet? We've had our tile and carpet appointment. Tiles were 10600 - but 3600 of that was a stack stone for an external column. 7000 was just for a mosaic feature tile in all bathrooms (as per display home) and tiled splash back for WIP and laundry. Haven't had electricals. Got a price list this morning for the upgrades. Looking at roughly 14k for that appointment. It's all adding up VERY quickly... __________________________________________ House/Land Package Purchased:02.02.15 5% House Deposit Paid:17.03.15 10% Land Deposit Paid:18.08.15 Land Registered: 04.17 Slab Poured: 15.08.17 PCI: 17.05.18 Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 11360Jun 08, 2016 3:54 pm sachapman1084 - what do you need in the house to be able to use a gas fireplace? I would love one too but don't know what is needed for it - is it just a gas point? 4 16727 i imagine you also have another contract with an architect? and yeah, whatever other's said about special conditions and appendices 16 16001 Hi all I am looking to run a water line under my concrete footpath which is directly next to my home, was seeing if this is possible without cutting the entire section… 0 20176 |
