You sound surprised!! I am very surprised, but you’re right, I should know better!! MGardz –Maybe for someone in M having no shower, or being able to go to the dunny, etc is habitable to them!?! Pooey! I feel for you though as your nightmare journey is still dragging on. I suspect all this rain will bring out the flaws in their build. I'm glad to say that we haven’t seen any water related issues where M is concerned. Our colourbond fence though is currently being propped up by 2 wood planks as we haven’t done the retaining wall but dug a big trench alongside the fence and we live on the lower side between our neighbour and us. What a weekend J + H – We had an issue with water leaking into the garage due to incorrect installation of the flashing. They fixed it and had to replace some bricks under the flashing as they were common ones instead of face brick and when the flashing moved it exposed the common bricks. Not bright and a question I had asked our SS from way back when the brickies were doing their job. I don’t understand some of the tradies building logic. Our CDC application was rejected and we now have to go through council. Not looking forward to waiting another 3 months for approval. Also what council was that through? Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 11316Jun 07, 2016 7:51 am Congrats martinsharmony! Jasonm1 we were in council for 6 weeks and that was even with a resubmission because M didn't do something correctly. Probably depends on the council, your application and how many other applications they are also waiting to process https://mandgbuildatmulgoarise.wordpress.com/ Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 11319Jun 07, 2016 10:45 am Jasonm - The assessor we had at Penrith was good. I don't think Penrith is merging with anyone so hopefully will be a similar timeframe as long as M lodge correctly. I hope the SS is better by the time you start though. Hopefully we will have keys and at least he will have more time to focus on you build. He's got 19 builds at the moment so he says https://mandgbuildatmulgoarise.wordpress.com/ Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 11320Jun 07, 2016 1:00 pm Which insurers will provide coverage from PCI date (and without an OC?) my current one wont https://mandgbuildatmulgoarise.wordpress.com/ 4 16898 i imagine you also have another contract with an architect? and yeah, whatever other's said about special conditions and appendices 16 16168 Hi all I am looking to run a water line under my concrete footpath which is directly next to my home, was seeing if this is possible without cutting the entire section… 0 20345 |
