We were expecting a little more however the cost through Dons to upgrade to the floor tile we like was $12,500, we have just purchased a similar porcelain tile for $1400 and it will cost us around $4,500 to lay. I figure we are better off and will end up with the tile we want, sticking with M or Dons would mean we would have to compromise. Pegs, then a week or 2 to get fence & portaloo, then cut & fill, then piers, then waffles, then slab .... Nothing happens in a hurry, but pegs is a good sign. Congrats! I was much more excited by my portaloo than by the pegs! 2013 1st tender 24/10 Dep. 18/11 2014 5% 25/02 CDC approval 5/5 Demo 26/5 Pool 3/7 Valid'n 10/7 Slab 11/8 Frame 19/9 Bricks 23/10 2015 Roof 3/12 Lock up 11/2 PCI 31/3 Final insp. & keys 30/4 Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 10837May 07, 2016 6:15 pm was short term excited i was thinking more like 2 weeks 😭😭😭😭😭 I have my own fence up so theres a start lol Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 10838May 07, 2016 6:43 pm Sandra - your block is very flat.
