I didn't have a chance to look at ours today as I was busy packing for 4 of us for our trip. Maybe Sunday! Plus it was pouring this morning. Fantastic Callie! I'm jealous. And ggml... yours seems to be breezing along. Are they standard white tiles? Welcome homenall... we only went to Dons and found them to be good. Great news MarkP! Michelle1980 - Fingers crossed you'll get your plans soon. 89joel.... I feel your pain. It will happen! Oh plane's taking off... airplane mode and be back soon! I just want my plans 8 weeks and counting!!!! Fingers crossed for next week! Shouldn't be too far now, we just got ours after nine weeks. A few words to the sales rep about not getting everything done in 90 days helped, she was great and chased it up for us. Off this weekend to amend the plans and then sign off - exciting times!!! We've been told two weeks for plans to be finalised with the changes then sign, pay and off to council. We'll see how accurate that is. I was pretty surprised. TNC Hopefully it clears soon so they can safely walk on your roof again Don't get me started on how long it takes to get plans...3.5 months for us in total and 2 weeks between each change Redwynne enjoy your holiday https://mandgbuildatmulgoarise.wordpress.com/ Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 5990Jul 16, 2015 8:44 pm It only took them about 4 weeks to produce our plans.... and we made quite a few (small) changes. Then only a few days between amendments. Just had to email the plan guy our amendments/problems and new plans sent within days... Sounds like we were lucky! Mgardz, we had a delay with the demolition company (not demolishing within the timeframe they gave - took them 30 days cf the 10 days they promised - removed the asbestos, then went off to another job for over 2 weeks before coming back!). However it's now done and we are awaiting peg out. I understand that once that is done we wait for a final price which the bank is asking for in order to issue the letter of commencement? This needs to be done by the 30th of July in order to avoid a price rise. Our excellent PCC Sayers us this is doable. Let's hope so! The PCC is excellent. She responds to our email queries within minutes most of the time and even hassled the demolition company directly for us, as well as liaising directly with the bank in regards to info they required. So I do hope she gets everything through in time. How long does it take after peg out, etc to get into the 20 day countdown does anyone know? Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 5991Jul 16, 2015 8:58 pm Good to hear you are progressing spikes place. The count down just depends on the bank and how quick they can issue the commencement letter once they get the validation documents which has the closest correct price.
